Kicked off my plant-based journey after struggling with burnout and low energy—began experimenting with whole foods, mindset work, and gentle movement.

Became a certified plant-based nutrition coach and launched my first group wellness program focused on real food, self-care, and sustainable routines.

Launched the Plant Your Mind Mastermind and expanded my community worldwide—helping women simplify wellness, feel good in their bodies, and thrive daily.
